    CBS and Viacom

    >> the stock exchange ratio for the deal will be roughly 0.59-0.60 CBS share for each Viacom share I assume that's for the holders of Viacom's "B" shares. How about the holder's of Viacom's "A" shares ? Is it proportionnal ?
