    I think what hes saying is that if youre actively taking part in developing the algorithm then you are an associated person. Then again, according to the document published, they only require the lead developer and/or trader to become a registered securities trader. Hope that helped.

    It's very debatable whether Moving average, bollinger bands and all other technical indicators actually do work. I am not very fond of them myself. Maybe you should try another approach?
