Thanks to all! DarthSidious, what is the RGB code for your background? Or the name of the color? Failed to find exact this color in my Ninjatrader. It's not pure green but looks calm.

Just want to know what kind of color setup is minimal damaging for the vision. I use BLACK background, WHITE upbars, RED downbars. I have a feeling that this setup is not optimal but I've tried white background and this feels much worse. I'm sure that some of experienced active trader can help...
