    UK futures brokers

Tickmill is offering futures (CQG platforms only) now. They don't advertise an API on their site but perhaps they offer something if you contact them.

AMP Global (Europe) Launched – Ask us anything

If you are using StereoTrader then you need to disable it when moving to the phone. ST does not allow you to change the SL/TP you put with it and additionally if you have two instances of MT5 running with ST on them and different SL, your SL would jump from one price to the other every few ms.

Schwab telling clients in Europe their accounts must move or be transferred by year’s end

Too much reporting required for them by their states, probably not worth their time & effort. Just like EU brokers reject US traders as they don't want to bother with US regulations.

AMP Global (Europe) Launched – Ask us anything

I am not making a comparison on the offered services - I am a customer in all 3 for different products. Just asking why AMP is charging for deposits / withdrawals while most in Europe don't (and not saying it on their website). Actually with these charges it's still cheaper for someone to go...

AMP Global (Europe) Launched – Ask us anything

Ok, now I see them. Quite steep. So now the question is why is AmpGlobal charging so high incoming & outgoing payments within EU area. SEPA payments inside EU (Cyprus is a member of) are free - both incoming / outgoing. When someone withdraws with SEPA they should get 0 fees, or maybe something...

AMP Global (Europe) Launched – Ask us anything

You should be more transparent with fees. I opened an account at Global-Cyprus because I can not transfer to the US easily now as swift payments are being returned due to changes in my bank. I made a deposit to Global via CC and was charged 3.2% of the deposit - nowhere to be seen on the site...

    Broker suggestions for EU citizen

There's tradezero too. I made an account with them after reading on tradingschools but never funded, never traded so can't tell more. Some say they are cfd's - due to no pdt rule - I don't know. The only EU equivalent is degiro but you say they don't accept you there... I would also check...

Brand new to Forex. Looking for educational resource suggestions

Start with babypips. Avoid FF or other forums as they are flooded with (bad) information and ego and you will get lost. If you can, open a futures account and trade micro currencies in the beginning. But since you have two hobbits, it might be better for you to steer away if you have gambling...

Trading via own remote company in a no-tax-country

You will have to find out how to avoid being considered as resident taxpayer in your source country first. Usually, but not always, you will have to live outside your country for 50% of the time, i.e. 183 days, in order to gain non-resident tax status (you will still be liable for income...

Futures Intraday Charting Software Similar to TOS

Sierra is nice and cheaper/month than most - might feel a bit detached initially due to old fashioned GUI. If you have a broker account you don't get to pay high data fees. Multicharts is also free through some brokers.

    Estx 50 & Bund Weeklies

You could use another brokerage as IB to IB, like captrader (min 4k) or prorealtime brokerage (min 5k) to get around the 10k minimum deposit of them.

Question regarding large orders on the DOM

It seemed legit. Saw a few 100+ bids (market sells) landing on t&s when it reached 1894 the first time down.

Foreign Trader Moving to the US

Thanks, I think I have seen this one before but never used it. I usually compare house prices but this one is better due to actual user input.

Foreign Trader Moving to the US

Is there any website with information on the average cost of living per area in US? I think most of areas outside NY, CA wouldn't differ much compared to EU. I was checking (detached) house prices in the US (TX, FL) some time ago and prices there were not so high in comparison to Italy or Greece...

    Eurex Data Feed - Free?

I am with Rithmic feed now and trade Eurostoxx. Was with CQG before but had to change to R because I was getting very high delay with CQG (in Europe) esp. after the US open at 8:30 Chicago. Sometimes I was getting the feed delayed up to 1-2 min - was doing side to side comparison to R through...

    Eurex Data Feed - Free?

I am with Amp and they have free Eurex through TTnet & Rithmic feeds. You only have to pay with CQG. I think it would be the same with the other brokers which offer the above feeds.

Need advice on a charting package with certain features, please!!

If you are willing to ditch e-signal for data and get another data provider, sierra charts can do that all.

Does anyone use a reliable FX broker?

imo it's better to have a broker in your country. Pepperstone, Axi, IC (not so much lately due to some internet issues) are all fine. Why bother sending wires to the other side of the world? US is also only 50:1 leverage, UK brokers care more about tax-free spreadbetting and they have high...
