I don't think people would auto trade from it, it would be more of a "look this is trending about your stock, do you care?" sort of thing.

well this is all just off the top of my head but.... I'd probably filter it to verified accounts or accounts with X amount of followers for your first point. With regards to the whistle blower accounts that would be a bit more tricky but I could ignore that first rule and monitor the momentum...
