    Buying FB

    After FB reported earnings the stock as well as IV tanked. I am considering a bullish ratio spread or maybe just a call spread since I believe that the stock will go up to its previous highs and IV to increase. The December ATM options seems pretty cheap to me. What do you guys think?

    If they perform well IV will get smashed so no matter what, to me it does not really make sense to buy calls on earnings. Would it not be better to sell a put spread. Then you will be long the stock and long IV
