    Can TS or any other broker do this automatically?

    Within several seconds after the market opens, scan the unverse of stocks and filter out some of them (say a dozen, simple filter rule), then place buy/short orders by evenly dividing available money into each stock? Sounds fairly simple, but not sure if TS can do this without any add-on...
