Any ideas would be helpful...such as if a stock hit a 52 week high ( closing), now if the security was up for the last 5 days, no major news such as a take-over, then would you look for a short, hit and run, then watch back to go long, etc. Any proven methods that have worked in the past...

If I wanted to trade the UK market or the Tokyo market, do you know of a firm that offer such a service ? BTW, I am located in USA. E-Trade offer such a service, but it is short of a racket, you can only go long...I don't get it . Thanks.
