There are a bunch of stock market simulators on the web. But do you find them helpful or are they a waste of time?
Some sims out there are youngmoney.com, eInvesting.com, Simustock.com, stocksquest.com, ect, ect.
Which do you use and why?
The best quote I've heard about SarOX:
"There is no return on investment in this. All it generates is more paper, more storage, more auditors and more lawyers."
I'd recommend a stock market simulator for training. You can really learn a lot by trying things you really wouldn't normally try and test out theories you pickup with no risk.

Well, you can trade just about any stock at eInvesting.com 24 hours a day.
So far you can do pennies and options too, but there is talk of changing that.
