Can you get them loan the money, then loan it back to you LLC. Or they can loan directly to your LLC on a promisorry note. Trade, and give them profits as you wish as pay back of loans !! This way you dont have to register with the govt.

So, In case i have some good material/ methedology that is based purely on my experience and observation, how do I get the copyright. Or is it by default, as i publish them first on my website belong to me ? Or do i need to file for copyrights/ patents etc. Sorry if i am not in the right...

Do I need to permission if I want to quote a line from a book that i have read. I will name the book author and publishing details along with it ?

I want to put up my trading rules including strategies, setups, trade management and risk management on my personal blog. Since most of them are either gained from books that i have read or shared by other traders can I be Infinging Copyrights or Intellectual property Laws ?? Please advise.
