Ok, so I think GRPN is going down like anyone... So the obvious move is short stock... but thats too expensive right now... So their options went up today, but the premium is WAY HIGH.. obviously the premium is going to go down, but the price will also likely slide... The ATM put is 3 bucks...

I think a 30 to 1 risk return is about as good as it gets, especially for a 1 day return. If you have a way to make over 30 to 1 on trades, color me impressed.

Im still getting amazing results... I had a one day $400 loss (caused by trading cost).. anyhowim just tring to figure out how or why real life trading would be different... its a zero sum game, so who is losing

I'm fairly certain that Globex handles stops directly, based on my expirience, and considering that its an all electronic matcher.

So the market can run by you if there isnt anyone on the otherside of your trade?

So if I place a stop, say at 1200.. and suddenly the market slips to 1185, Am I guaranteed a fill at 1200, before the market can move to 1185?
