    if you use a simple filter e.g. some rules which define a trend, you can squeeze that 70% non trending period down quite a lot.

    There's a low possibility of a surprise rate increase next month. It would be unusual to do so given Nov is not a fed meeting month. Still when you consider that the fed and the big banks support each other and the banks do want higher rates, they could do it.

    i was filled at 78 on most of remaing position still have a quarter of it left, stops tightened to 63

    would expect range bound trading for a while longer, if it breaks upwards (67), which i expect, then back to the highs of the day.

    out of some more at 64, no more trades i think, i'll keep the still fairly big position at 56, stop at 55
