I don't recommend holding equities during Fed Announcements. Jack often recommended against trading on 'Greenspan Days' (as he referred to them) in his older posts. The often wild gyrations which sometimes occur after reading of the Fed Meeting Minutes can play havoc with The Hershey Equities...
