No need to waste you money : try www.dhamma.org it really works. Just after the first 10-Day session, you will feel much more relaxed and calmer. Then obviously it is about keeping the good habits developed during the 10 days. Then the following sessions allow to deepen the meditation.

Quiet amazing that he managed to clearly define 24 sources of human psychological mis-judgements. These might be interesting to check when reviewing the trading next week, and see sources of decision-making errors.
