I never trade using obvious dumb-money s/r levels bc you get false breakouts. I use offset entries. Eg if prior obvious resistance is 15.1 I don't enter until 15.22

All that matters is price action. I made over $1100 in winning trades today. Mostly UVXY. Even charts are secondary. Using time/sales and OTO orders with tight stops and exiting at first sign of stalling or pivoting price action is what trading is all about. Daytrading that is.

You're trading vs yourself. Big money doesn't care what retail traders do, nobody is intentionally trying to shake anyone out.... it's random noise.

Thanks... that's what a smart fidelity guy said, eg don't trade anything in January that I'd sold for a loss in December. So basically it sounds like I can still day and swing trade whatever I want til December 31, but don't trade those tickers from January 1-31.
