What would you say belongs in a solid trading plan?

Hello bone, Thank you so much for the response. Regarding sizing plan. I often read or hear, do not risk more than 2% per trade on trading capital. Are you stating , in your opinion, that there is nothing wrong with risking 5 to 10% if it fits the trader temperament.

Hello bone, Can you please explain what you mean by position management? For example, if I enter the market long ES 1350.00 and stop at 1348.00, and profit target at 1354.00 and I am trading one contract. I just enter and sit and wait for my stop or profit target to get hit. How does...

TST let's you keep the first $5000 without splitting it. My plan was to make $5000, and then leave TST. It was never to stay at TST and give them 20% of my profits. There is nothing I can do about the trailing drawdown besides do not break the rule.

You have positive expectancy and good trade frequency, so seems everything is good. So you have an edge. Edge = expectancy. How many trades do you have to represent this edge? Hopefully between 100 to 200 trades to remove random and lucky winning streaks. Looks good and you are comfortable...

Hello sstheo, How has trading the Micros benefited you? What is you risk profile? Some says don't risk more than 1% of trading captial. What is your risk to reward profile? Risk is important indeed, but so is reward per risk, and expectancy.
