ISRG, FSLR, BIDU, and GMCR have some decent large swings, even when in a strong trend. For regular large swings percentage-wise, I think the airlines take the cake.

I logged in this morning to find my avg price on a position .71 cents higher than actual. It's nice to see that "profit", but obviously it's not real.

"Losers use stops" is a gross generalization subject to misinterpretation. In reality, losers use a particular type of stop known as a "margin call". If you place a stop at the point price invalidates your trade, it's highly unlikely you'll be a loser.
