    Bond rally nearing an end?

Just a little OT: anyone is able to post post a chart with the yield on 30Y and 10Y during the NFP session (obtained synthetically from intraday cash) the since on last April 6 the CBOE was closed?

    TT X_Trader 7.x Vs. TT 6.x

Apparently someone else expressed the same doubt recently: http://forums.tradingtechnologies.com/showpost.php?p=566&postcount=14 And this means that linking ex-post existing orders (the limit and stop orders) causes losing the queue. :(

    "Scaling out" is inferior behavior

Well, don't you think that the fund with that strategy could have a a good 'knowledge of the opposing program' since they could access with a bit of communication to the clearers books of the retails traders losing during the day or (having margin calls) or simply with the limit orders used to...

    TT X_Trader 7.x Vs. TT 6.x

covered_call, Thank you for your reply. I'm already using the Bracket option; so it's quite strange that the first leg of the limit order is actually queued only when the second leg is placed. Are you able to create OCO with the first limit order promptly queued on MD Trader?

    Pabst's Blue Ribbon Trades

If I remember correctly, when you were stopped at 111.18 there were less than 200 lots traded (even if later on the session, they totaled about 1800). Why don't you use a volume trigger for your stops (so for example you are going to be stopped - transmitting the stop order effectively - only...

    Pabst's Blue Ribbon Trades

Pa(b)st Prime, Thanks for the input. I will dig a bit about spreads for creating a better scenario for my bond trades. Hope you you are still short with your bond position :p

    TT X_Trader 7.x Vs. TT 6.x

How is going your experience with OCOs? It appears to me that the Limit order is placed on the market only after also the second leg is placed... this is quite strange and does not allows the trader to be reanably placed quickly on the queue.

    Pabst's Blue Ribbon Trades

China Stocks closed at new highs last night..maybe 'special task force' is engineering another selloff... as Easter gift: that could be a bad situation for the Dow and a long for bonds.

    Pabst's Blue Ribbon Trades

It seems the bonds say f** to the good news between US-Iran-Uk and try a bit of short covering after the weak ADP report (looking for a revised-down NFP) and the long weekend in Europe. Bund is leading the way up.

New Videocard: PCie 16x, 128 bit, DH, passive

gnome, it's not what I'm talking about... I mean how to calculate the Mb of RAM needed to display a given risolution on screen, e.g. 1280* 1024 and 16 bit resolution -- and so knowing whether 32 Mb per head are enough (or, instead, the driver will look for the Turbocharges routines in order...

    Pabst's Blue Ribbon Trades

That's could be quite interesting hearing of position sizing from a scalper that keeps overnight positions! :p It's a good situation to develop some original ideas.
