I'm expecting some sort of rate cut or QE from China over the weekend.

This is why they manipulate the VIX. It would be at 8 now had they not gaped it up Monday. Same thing will happen this coming Monday. It will gap up so they can move the indexes higher without the VIX hitting ZERO.

So amazing what you can do with a printing press and some paper.
