I noticed something new this am in Asian trading in USD / EUR on IDEALPRO FX crossed markets on and off ... not sure for how long ... say for less than 1 minute for sure then the market took off ( in this case to the downside ) maybe some news hit the tape or some dealers had...

anyone of you DAX OR german speaking Xetra traders tell me how one finds out the breadth of issues trading during the day? ( i.e. stocks up on day vs down on day ) ?

curious what went on ... in the DEC USD / EUR futures it seems like a bunch of trades went in the opening few minutes below where they should have based on the EFP ( spot - dec spread ) I guess if IDEALPRO was not quoting at first or if the dealers IB is using were not keeping a tight market...

YG = 33 oz , ZG = 100 oz in size you can trade gold with london exhange , or do you mean on the "fix " ? - the difference between trading YG and ZG.Also I see this is the NY exchange so there are probably more dirty tricks compared with the London exchange,Anyone want to comment? :)

forex can have gaps ... as there is no real market between friday later afternoon EST and sunday afternoon / eve EST so if there is a "news" driven event that happened between those points in time viola ... " gap "

I think that other E wave gentleman who tries to do weekly forcast here on ET ( Toro ? ) also tripped up in some of his calls -when euro was over 1.3600 i called for a move to 1.4000 and what happened? i tripped below 1.2000-

hello ... if you mean Interactive Brokers no .. to my knowledge you cannot buy options or sell options on "pit traded contracts" with them you could consider opening up another acct with an FCM or IB of an FCM that lets you do this an alternative could be to buy Puts on the...

do a search on ET ... trying to game FX dealers on news days maybe once existed ... I do not think it still does maybe your friend can get lucky and does have multiple accounts set up at various fx dealers and somehow gets an occasional multi pip win ... I would think that...
