whats funny to me is that the exact opposite has been said for comex futures silver trading in the last few yrs that it has been kept too low by the "dark side of the force " :p

I just want to mention that I have been calling on the ecbot to see what can be done to reduce this type of thing ... all I can say is it sometimes even happens in gold too ... but not to such an extreme as what happened in silver on the ecbot :(

hi macro ... do you mean equities in the energy sector or oil futures prior to the hurricane (s)? being long crude oil futures for example on the way down from 70-71 - the low 50's would have crushed most accts :p
