I didn't mean to knock on your prediction, @kmiklas, as I did like your original post and found your thesis interesting. I don't know much about the bond market, nor do I follow it closely. How did those bond auctions last week impact the bond market? Did it go as you expected per your thesis?

It sure sounds more sophisticated and impressive than charting analysis, but this was a fairly good week for equities with both S&P/NDX closing in on 3 % for the week.

I doubt you'll find anything of value using out-of-the-box software on raw data. Would be a bit too easy, wouldn't it? :)

Thanks. I wouldn't say I really need it, but I closed down the account for a net loss as I was starting a degree that year. It wasn't a substantial loss, but could be enough that I could write it off my taxes if the Norwegian authorities grant it. I'll post an update on how it goes.
