Errata: in post #60 above I quoted a WebMD article which was quoting (supposedly) a medical Journal article. The statement that those with covid were five times more likely to die than flu patients is obviously incorrect. The number should be 3.5 times more likely to die with Covid, not 5.3...

You'd have to ask the guy who made that mistake. It's a pretty serious mistake however as it could cost someone their life if they believed him and therefore thought vaccination was only 40% effective at keeping you from getting seriously ill with Covid and hence decided not to get vaccinated.
