You are going in the wrong direction. Traders are gradually being replaced with algorithmic trading. And IT financial developers are the ones coding the systems.

funny thing about this. Since all the regular military personnel are paid anyway, the reserves already earn partial payment and only a small fraction of them are mobilized, and we have the planes, ships, equipment and weapons existing anyway, what in the world is costing trillions of dollars...
