    Fitness causing insomnia

For some people, intense exercise can deplete key minerals for sleep like zinc and magnesium. So I recommend that you try some ZMA, which you would take about an hour before your desired bedtime.

    Get a Mesh router today

Honestly, I think the issue is that the electrical surge from the lightning strike actually came through the cable TV line because it seems that all the equipment that was connected to that line or ethernet network like my cable modem, wife router, family room TV, intercom system, etc. all got...

    Get a Mesh router today

I had a lightning strike at my house a few months ago and it wiped out a ton of my electronics, including my wifi setup, TV's, central vacuum, and even my doorbell. I ended buying the AmplifiHD mesh router with 3 MeshPoints and it has made a big difference in coverage and speed at my house.

    My new risk avoidance workout

I'm assuming you mean the lower back when you say "back" and not the mid to upper back region. I agree with you that those two areas are definitely common injury points, but I'm not sure about the concept of avoiding direct exercises entirely and relying solely on ancillary movements. By not...

I have agreed to let him post a rebuttal but since he's not a sponsor of this site, his participation will be limited to a single rebuttal post since our...

    Set extensions?

For me bulking, maintaining, or cutting is more a function of diet than a particular training style. Personally, my bulking days are pretty much over, so I'm primarily concerned with losing fat (and maintaining that fat loss level) more than anything else. One thing I've realized over the years...

Neither rep duration, nor # of muscle actions affect strength increase, body composition

I think the bottom line with training is that your body is going to adapt to whatever training style you put it through. So your best bet is to stay consistent with your training but periodically change your style just to keep your body from completely adapting.

Martins Beach: Eminent domain hearing today

I wonder how many times he needs to lose in court before he wakes up and realizes that his position on the issue is WRONG and that further efforts are one big losing battle.

Neither rep duration, nor # of muscle actions affect strength increase, body composition

So basically what they are saying is that as long as you are going to failure the rep speed really doesn't make much difference.

    IB to switch to IEX.

Having dealt with IB management for over a decade now, my experience tells me that they chose IEX for one reason: IEX waved the listing fees for IB as a first mover, which saves IB six to seven figures per year.
