Tight-wire act is a very accurate description. I do my best to maintain the best balance possible between satisfying the Members, Moderators and Sponsors but admittedly that balance isn't always where I want it to be and those times are very challenging on one's ability to stay rational. But...

That's not specific to Google though. The situation you are presenting is inherently present in every online service that provides communication abilities to anonymous users, which is basically every blog, forum, and chat room that exists outside of Facebook and a handful of other social...

I had the same thing happen to me a few months ago. I have to admit that I was pretty impressed when I saw they blocked access to my account.

Is there a reason why you're not divulging the name of the firm, the account manager, etc.? Also, you mentioned bringing this to the attention of your account manager, but I'm sure there are principals in the firm who are higher up than him. So have you contacted any of those people?

Not surprising. Ask yourself when was the last time you owned a Nokia phone? Or the last time you've seen a family member or friend with one?
