    Squakbox

I only hear bad things about them. I tried the squawkbox. But there's no emotion in it. He's really quiet. You can hear in Ben's voice (traderaudio) whether it's a high energy or not! I definately prefer tradersaudio!

    Squakbox

Tradersaudio.com definately. Ben is a really nice and friendly guy. Sometimes the mini leads, sometimes the pit leads. Yesterday a while after the FOMC accouncement was released the bid/ask in the pit was 7.5 bid offered at 8 even. There were a 100 contracts paper offered at 8 even...

It's on all NASDAQ stocks. It took 12 minutes before it got back to normal! Probably some delayed quotes going through, like we had on NYSE two weeks ago!

    Midnight Rally tonight

On monday there were hardly any bids in the pit. Only selling. 10 lot on the bid was a lot. Man financial was relentlessly selling 5 and 10 lots from the open and stopped when we were trading 7 points lower. Yesterday though, there were some good buyers the last two hours. -Dave

    Midnight Rally tonight

Well, I have to say, the last few days it has been widespread selling in the pit. It has been selling since the first day of this year. You should have heard the open of the first 2 days of 2007. -Dave

    Trade The News

How to short with IB tws

It's exactly the same thing as buying a stock. There's no shortsell button. Just hit the sell button, that's it. -Dave

    Trade The News

You listen to the minis??? I still prefer the pit traded bigs. Although many people on this board say the action, volume and big paper is gone in the pits. I disagree. You should of heard the first 2 days of this year. That was HUGE size going through the pit. On the 2nd trading day this year...

What about Borselino in the S&P pit? Joey is still there and pushing it lower regularly. I hear Meslo is also huge. -SL

    eSignal-Excel DDE

Hi guys, I'm not much of a programmer, so I hope any of you guys could help me out on this one. Is it possible to get the volume of the first 3 minutes of trading in excel for stocks. Only the first 3 minutes. So for NASDAQ stocks that would be: from 09.30-09.33 (ny time) And for NYSE...

I do, tradersaudio.com. Many people say it's useless. I think that's BS. It's a great tool. Still many big players in there. -SL
