    Trading time on YHOO

    Now is a graet time to take profit. I closed all my naked PUTs with great profit and sold all my shares. There is no deal yet and all is still rumor. While I am still bullish on YHOO but I believe it will retreat below 16 again to give a better entry opportunity. I don't recommend shorting it...

    SPY =S&P 500 seems exhausted

    To put my money where my mouth is I shorted 10 SPY Call 135 expiring tomorrow.

    SPY =S&P 500 seems exhausted

    Agreed and by my correction prediction, I was not that pessimistic. Just a halt. Just a small pull back. I am very sure about it but hey who am I?

    SPY =S&P 500 seems exhausted

    By SPY I meant the general market. Market showed its exhaustion by the way it responded to the CSCO earning.

    SPY =S&P 500 seems exhausted

    I see a slow uptrend that I intrepret it as it does not have a conviction to go up any further and is exhausted. In this situation I don't expect a crash or a big correction. Just about 1.5% down in the next few days.

    SPY =S&P 500 seems exhausted

    Expect a correction=drop very soon. Maybe today. SPY is up about 0.2% as I am typing this.

    Trading time on YHOO

    Now the trade is to sell Call and PUT for 16 for tomorrow's expiry day ( I highly discourage novice traders doing this trade) If YHOO moves sharply in one direction, you are cooked. I will sell at 16.10 and will start to buy at 15.90 and lower. I believe YHOO will close at 16 tomorrow.

    Trading time on YHOO

    Volme was not there. If it was a real deal, we should have seen at least 5M+ shares traded before the bell. It was barely 500K. By the way, I was buying AH yesterday (on Wednesday) when the stock was dropping from 15.78 to 15.70 as the volume was not there either. Only 44K shares traded AH...

    Trading time on YHOO

    Check it out. It is 1:41 PM ET and YHOO is down about a couple of cents but look at the volume. It is less than 3.5M. Very very low. It is a proof that there is absolutley no selling pressure on this stock making it ready for a pop.

    Trading time on YHOO

    By the way YHOO is outperforming S&P the last few days. Don't expect a linear uptrend from YHOO. wait for a POP.

    Trading time on YHOO

    Another great trade would be risk reversal. That is buy Call 16 for Feb 17 and sell PUT 16 for the same time. You can do it for credit or do it even in ratio (sell one PUT and buy 2 or 3 calls) PUT is 38 cents and Call is 17-18 cents as I am typing

    Trading time on YHOO

    I saw lots of wild buyings AH and before the open @ 15.95. in the last couple of days. About 100K shares chunk. They were not small trades. When YHOO drops it drops in a very low volume.

    Trading time on YHOO

    I noticed very unusual activities last week. Stock is nervous. Watch for a big pop soon. I am all in. Stock is trading above 50 and 200 Day Moving Average now. Downside risk is limited and the trend is bullish.

    What is the best stock...

    There no such a best stock broker that suits everyone. It depends on what kind of trader you are and your trading frequency and trading style and your fund.

    FACEBOOK has no second act

    Facebook will need YHOO to come out clean or competitors might buy YHOO to challenge FB. http://www.cnbc.com/id/46204987?__source=yahoo%7Cheadline%7Cquote%7Ctext%7C&par=yahoo
