I think (could be wrong) zoned_post_meridiem is implying he wants to watch you live stream a screen your broker trade execution platform so that he can see your trade fills occur in the broker trade execution platform as you're entering / exiting your trades... Not watch live stream chat room...

I recommend you ask those "institutions" and those people with "high net worth" to determine if they're worth it considering you're not exactly sure. Other than that, you're not going to get anywhere here and should just be patient for Monday so that you can talk with the exchange that you wish...

The Exchange can help you with that...a lot better than us (anonymous people whom do not work at the exchange). They may even have a list or point you to a list of "private brokers". wrbtrader
