    today smells like a crash

From what i can tell, in the London market, it seems that private investors are buying the dips and the institutional guys are selling the rallies. Especially with regard to the banking stocks. If (big if) I'm right, who's gonna win? :p

Sell Everything Else and Buy Silver

I have a fair amount of physical gold. I'm waiting (and hoping) for a further correction to around $1300 before i buy more (long term, not trading). I exited the silver futures position at $33.

Sell Everything Else and Buy Silver

Bought a small position in dec silver (below $30). Up already. Some of the recent sell off must be due to margin raises (yes, i know only announced late friday, but news must have been leaked). I know I'm bottom fishing, but it's a miniscule position. Might add if it hits 3100, we shall see.

George Soros engaged in fear mongering - as well as other "hedge fund braniacs"

Yes, I'm surprised too. Far more deserving than Obama (who doesn't know why he received one - no-one else does either). Soros's philanthropic endeavours in the form of his foundation for open society has benefited the world greatly.

Can the average blue-collar person w/ high school education get rich thru Trading?

I note very few people actually become rich doing anything. Apparently the percentage of households in the US who have a $1m net worth (excluding primary residence) is about 3%.
