Look, the bottom line is that Steve went in and did an interview, and they were almost sold. It was only until he said that he was a prolific poster on ET that they finally said, "You got the job!". :D

The search function actually has been disabled temporarily while we are rebuilding the search index. This process takes days about 40 hours to complete.

I have to take the site down in order to rebuild the search index completely. I tried to do it the other night while letting the site run at the same time but the database just choked and crashed . The problem is that rebuilding an index of millions of posts takes about 15 - 20 hours. So...

You'll be able to do that. All I was saying is that you'll be able to do a lot more with your buddy list than just see which of them are online when you are.
