The bit-coin phenomena is a real threat to the Fed's position as manager of the world's reserve currency. They will take down any such rivals especially if it looks likely to succeed.

The cracks are appearing in the bit-coin empire. Crooks seem to have moved in on the well meaning but gullible lot. A sad end to a potty idea it seems. If they had bit-coins made of silver then it would have stood a good chance of being something awesome.

What with a $17 trillion debt and a useless system I would suggest upgrading is in order as the present arrangements are clearly not working. It may have been state of the art in 1779 ish but obviously needs improving for the 21st century.

I think that hybrid cars are the way to go still. Electric ones will never take off until the battery problems are fixed - only my view of course.

Maybe the on-line providers should shoulder some of the blame for the crap/ scams they allow through their systems. Surely there are programs that can filter out the porn etc. A bit trickier in the cases of trading scams but they should have a following box for customer's views/comments.
