IB FINRA Broker Check. Go to P54- 55. Then P125-126. These"might" be reasons why they are having issues in Australia with regulators.

    Cheapest ECN Feed.

Cool. It might be the Nasdaq Itch 5.0 feed. As you know, we have a full IT team for the gateway. Not where my expertise lies.

    Cheapest ECN Feed.

I’m not an expert on data feeds. I know the CME has L3. I did not think each ECN or exchange sold that data. What would that feed be called from CTA or any equity exchange? Do you have a link?

To my knowledge, there is no L2 where you can see you place on the book for equities.

Options premium income. How much is too little?

The OCC, in a PM account, determines the margin requirement by examining the loss incurred from either -15% or +15%. They use their own option values and skews. Since the OCC knows that is too general to cover market risk on all symbols, they expect clearing members to have a process in Place...

Options premium income. How much is too little?

That general statement might be true. There are too many variables for me to confirm that without a specific example. Broken spreads and any ratio spreads are much better with PM.

Options premium income. How much is too little?

Not in a portfolio margin account. The requirement would be the loss from a 15% shock-equity options, plus any risk add ons from your clearing broker.

You are calculating return on margin. That is an important value. Do you do the same math in a PMA? Now the return on margin is higher. I’d say this a good metric, but can get confusing when two people do the same spread but have different types of accounts. Then they have a different return...

    Takion Vs. Fusion

I'm not trying to get you to switch. I understand why you want that rate. Now I would like to show you why no broker will offer you that. 80K per day is around 1.7mm per month*.0003=$510 in gross revenues per month before all costs of doing business including variable costs like...

I'm very comfortable with a fair amount of my own and family money in a Wedbush Futures Segregated account without SIPC. I don't give it a second thought. But I also ran a business as a BD for 25 years with zero SIPC protection and paid SIPC dues!

    Iron Condor - Maximum loss

IMO, max profit is never the theoretical max. No one lets these spreads go to expiration, even with cash settled indexes. There is a point you will want to exit. You should figure that in to educe your max.

Try contacting Sterling Tech-https://www.sterlingtradingtech.com/products-and-services/platforms/stt-fusion/ I don't think they have a free demo.

    Takion Vs. Fusion

No, no retail or institutional broker is going to offer you 2 mils unless you are a BD and offering a ton of volume. Just curious, what % of your Profits do they take? Do they have other costs that you would not have to pay with a customer account that are material?

how to handle difference between two stocks for stock pair hedge trading?

The long/short portfolio can offset risk but not margin. I can't speak to the statement " I don't want to trade much money at the very beginning," as that will limit you. alos, Realtick is not free. I can tell you that we offer RealTick which has a server-side pairs trader...

"SIPC on Equity/option accounts" Futures are in a seg account as required by NFA/CFTC Rules. Not a hybrid, no sweep account. You need two accounts to trade both. Both must be applied for and funded independently, When you say "PM rates", are you referring to leverage or debt interest.
