    Poor folk have an excuse..a higher protein foods and vegetables are considerably more expensive than eating fast food and cheap carbs. Also poorer folks have less time for physical exercise. Wealthy folk really have no excuse.

    Harrassing...lol You took my statement out of context. I said the more advanced you become, the more frequent u need to train. If you are elite, the optimum is 12 sessions a week. Whether or not Usain Bolt or any other elite athlete does 12 sessions I don't know. Btw, you need to chill out...

    That's the bitter part...if you are using AAS...then yes...you should be going all out, beyond failure...supersets etc. Not otherwise of course. I suspect Jones and Ellington et al forgot to mention that in their 'how to train' books..that you should be on a cycle of AAS.
