    Buffet goes "all in" on BAC and states it is the best stock in the market...

    I recall when he bought into Goldman, the stock blipped higher and then fell apart in the days to come. Similarly with Wells Fargo, he bought, stock went up for a bit and then fell 50% (!). Moral is that do not rely on Buffett for timing, he is lousy at it.

    Detachment from Money

    I have FAR more attachment now then say 10 years ago. The issues are the near 10x amount i now manage and that i'm 10 yrs older. The amounts of money won/lost mean a lot in terms of purchasing power and the fact that i am older means less time to make it back if i were to lose.

    You will be able to buy the SPX at these same levels over the next 10+ years!!!!!

    Nice to trade though - buy em at 1000, sell at 1500, short at 1500, cover at 1000, repeat for next 10-20 yrs :D .
