What bothers me that under some scenarios you might never get to claim your loss unless you are for 31 days out of the market. :(
I believe that if you use the market data for your personal trading, you should be qualified as non-professional.

According to you one can't buy and sell stocks in cash ( not margin) account unless he has cash available to do so. Meaning at least 50% of the account should be in cash to buy new stock. That does not seem right. Besides I buy new stocks all the time in my margin account immediately after...
I am curious, you buy 2 hours until expiration. What time before expiration do you sell? How do you overcome bid/ask spread + commissions in such a short time?
Jackie, if you think you can make money at Nadex, go ahead. But I am sure you won't. Exchange will make money on commissions, MMs on bid/ask spread, but unlike the case of poker game, there is there nothing for you.
Why is this the point? MMs are under contract with the exchange to take the other side of your trades. The point is that they are one big gambling house that you are trading against. Exchange makes money on commissions, MMs make money on the bid/ask spreads.
I would not recommend to use their api for trading. Even though they can do changes on their side they will hold your api program responsible for any issues resulted from this changes. In other words, one day you might get the results different from what you expected and you are still held...
