    Trading in all market conditions.....

I'm just in the TSX for now. TSX only dropped 0.5% in September, and my heavy energy exposure had a huge up month ( easily made up for a few miners that tanked even more ). So I'm finding the bearish talk on here overdone even given US indexes down roughly 5%. I may be wrong, but it seems to be...

    Which way? Energy

Canadian nat gas stocks didn't do much this week. I'll be curious to see if they breakthrough their recent highs tomorrow.

    Trading in all market conditions.....

The point however is that even when Oil / Nat Gas started to rise it took forever for Cdn energy stocks to gain any interest. Ignoring the general bounce on the Covid bottom most energy stocks were catching no buyers at all in October 2020 and were ridiculously cheap given their rebounding cash...

Natural gas looking like MEME stock!

I have been in on this trade through TSX nat gas stocks since the Covid crash and starting overweighting a lot November 2020. The only issue with nat gas is the pullbacks are sudden and violent at times even in the best stocks. I'm not sure that the market will "collapse" it will...

    Trading in all market conditions.....

Long energy has often been trading against the crowd. So many traders trying to short the trend and investor sentiment on the stocks has been quite low at times. Of course, as the money flows, it's become impossible for fund managers to totally ignore the reality of the trade. And who doesn't...

    Trading in all market conditions.....

What crash ? In a few weeks we hit traditional bullishness for sectors liked IT and Banks, especially in rising market years. Some stats show historically the chances of a rising market later this year are quite high. My guess is we close the year higher then current levels. Exact route...

The S&P will top at 4540-4601

From October 30, 2020 : and You get all flowery and overconfident about the downside frequently. Always long inverses and talking about scaling up in the future. I'm not convinced your approach is practical beyond day trading. I'm fairly successful swing trading mostly long positions and...

The S&P will top at 4540-4601

So you plan on shorting during traditional seasonal strength ( November-January ) ? I see this is pure noise but hell go with your gut if you think financial disasters that can be solved with a vote will be inevitable. It's not like some minor flu like virus like Covid was right ?

The S&P will top at 4540-4601

It's been a decently bullish year for US stocks in 2021. Has there been a single day this year you posted you think markets are going up ?

The S&P will top at 4540-4601

Don't trade with extreme negative bias, don't quit your day job, park your ego at the door, avoid revenge trading, don't set stop losses unless you mean it, don't count your chickens before they hatch, ... .

The S&P will top at 4540-4601

There was no massive September selloff. Your extreme negative bias about markets is really too much. Look at your posts in October 2020. You were so far off the mark. Are you not aware how well most cyclicals have done since then ? You know where OP was doing when SPX was 3400-3600 last year ...

Who plans to get the covid 19 VACCINE when it comes out

Newest numbers confirm as I suspected you were being overly optimistic when Florida's numbers peaked and at what levels August 31st almost 400 is the high and first week of September may surpass that. My point is there are posters like Tsing Tao on here that never understood the natural delays...

    DeSantis for the win

Seems likely at this point Tsing Tao has someone in his life dealing with a bad case of Covid. Either that or he's finally figured out his whole ignorant act on Covid was so far off the mark he decided to stfu.

Justice Brett Kavanaugh tests positive for Covid-19

His pre-existing condition ( besides the tin ear or whatever it was he posted about ) is he's obviously a dumb guy ( like Jem, Buy1Sell2, ... ). It is of course immoral how they go on about things on here which suggests many of them are sociopaths as well. They truly don't give a shit who dies...

Justice Brett Kavanaugh tests positive for Covid-19

Stop being a dummy. Life expectancy rates dropped; why do you struggle so hard to understand this ? This whole "pre-existing conditions" argument is complete horseshit. In what world is it ok to totally dismiss the value of someone's remaining life because they aren't in perfect health ? Many of...

Here's more nat gas trades. Crew Energy March 2020 hit 14 cents, now $3.11. Birchcliff 58 cents, now $7.

Vote: Crash, Consolidation or Bounce coming?

US indexes on a trailing P/E basis are expensive. On a forward P/E basis they are upper range normal. However, some segments of the market are cheap now. International markets like Europe are cheap. TSX has hit new highs but on a book value basis it's less then half the price of the SPX. Value...
