I would recommend not doing it yourself. Getting the right service providers can make the difference if you get an allocation or not.

If you don' t know, it is a SMART route. Basically, there are 15 option exchanges. Your broker, CS, has a deal with one or a number of Market Makers. Their order router sends your orders to them on one or more of those option exchanges. They get paid to give that MM first look at your orders...

We can do that for domestic accounts through master/sub accounts. The account would be at Wedbush not IB, with Lightspeed as your broker. Cash stays in the master and subs are to track positions and P/L. The master is used for over night margin with the aggregate of the subs.

Our LVX software is a great tool for that.

You can't expect to make money doing this randomly. You have to have the expectation that those options are underpriced for the expected move. That expectation needs to come from a reliable process. Not easy.

Most family businesses are started with family money. Most managed money starts with friends and family unless you came from a fund or traditional prop firm where you have a track record. I'm just saying drawing lines like that for everyone is not helpful.
