Take for example NQ which is now at 11508.75. min tick size is 0.25 point I want to adjust tick size to something coarser say 1 point. This way, the ladder will be compressed. Which trading platform allows you to adjust the ladder tick size?

I doubt IB offer products from TFE Thailand Futures Exchange. TFE offers Thai/USD Futures, SET50 , various SSF.... not sure about the Thai ETF So you have to go through brokers from Thailand or perhaps Singapore or Hongkong
