This is exactly right. You need a $100k account to day trade stocks, but with futures $20k will do fine. That allows you to do with up to 3-4 ES contracts and 3 NQ contracts.....not that I condone that sort of leverage.

Look, I mentioned before.....stop placement with ES and ESPECIALLY NQ is such an art form. NQ on the opening trades like a wild beast with this zorro-like price action...just up and down..huge range. I am getting used to this and that's why I was able to cope on Friday.

Well, today was a stellar day for me. After 2 hours of trading, up $820.....and quit for the day. Hit my goal of 40% perfect trades as well. Boy, I wish I could do this every day. Was today about ME or the MARKET CONDITIONS ? Only time will tell.
