Momentum and selling slowed down. Assuming it's a bottom for now - going back to yesterday's low at least. 10 year note auction coming up in 9 minutes. Could be a market mover.

Yes, yes. Longs just blew up. From the chatter I've picked up it seems like most people were expecting a CPI rally and were already counting profits prior to this sell. Let's see if this get legs lower over the next few days.

Trailed myself out for an 8 point gain. Decided I didn't want to let it go all the way back in case 5240 caps it. 5240 might be as high as we go. Not playing the rest of this session from here...

Impressive bounce off Friday's Low. NQ already back inside yesterday's range. Looking for a test of mid-range from here (5240). That's the number I tend to look for with a pattern like today. Was finished with my trading, but that pullback looked good when I turned on my computer again. LOL...

The current action doesn't make me less suspicious. Maybe someone already knows tomorrows number will come out hot. Will be one hell of a rally if not. Let's see how the market acts at 5200.

Thanks. :) I was prepared to take a few low risk / tight stop attempts as I figured we could go even lower and the range low still would hold. I prefer taking a few stabs with lower risk instead of using a larger stop, so it's no problem getting back in as long as I see price acting right...

Personally, I'm a bit cautious towards the long side at the moment. I don't pay much attention to the FED, but they seem more hawkish lately and I can't help but think it would depress the markets if that CPI print comes in slightly hot tomorrow. NQ's been such a drag lately, too. We can't...

Still trading, but mostly in silent. Got lucky on a range play this morning. :) Was prepared to take a few attempts on the range low and got lucky on the second attempt. We may very well be stuck in this range until tomorrow's CPI.
