    I found it was slow as hell. Opening a chart, clicking through the dialogues, clicking an OK button ... all these basic operations seemed strangely laggy although I use a 2gb ram/Fast CPU computer.

    Hmmm Stock you were up like 40% IIRC from the July lows 2006. You should still be ~33/35% in the green. Still a great 12 months for you, not much to complain about.

    Just wondering, were the oil companies asking for help and subsidizing from the government back in the late 90s, early 2000s when oil was 18, 20, 24 bucks a barrel and many oil co's were bleeding from their eyes and losing money. Now they make money and we're supposed to impose penalty taxes...

    At least it's a gradual selloff

    Looking for "panic" as a counter indicator IMO works best after a longer down move which often sees its final move in a final day of selling off heavily on big volume. Too early in this move to look for panic IMO. People aren't nearly hurt enough, most long books will be nicely in the green YTD...
