yes, loss on jun on 4 contracts about 20 pts i flip flop on plan, one of my weaknesses. i was shorting cause of my macro bias then i told myself when this happened last time not to fight trend so that is the plan i violated. then emotions took over (sorry ET trollers, not from you guys)...

when this thread goes silent that means volatility is up. something i learned through trading the last couple of weeks is stick your plan regardless.

sorry to hear Dan. tough market right now. i also botched my short position thinking the market was overextended to the downside today by covering my contracts about 18 pts above and holding the short puts thinking we would get a bounce. no such luck. i am now flat.
