    What Market is Most Difficult?

    Well I've experienced options, equities, futures, and spot forex. Forex was definately the hardest for me. That could be because I like to scalp. Forex doesn't work for me in that way. Second hardest was Futures. The moves are just so quick, any time to think is almost eliminated and...

    Need help on 2 issues, which I think are psychological

    Same Issue here, i can't sit infront of the monitor that long, I have to stand up and do something after awhile or just something else. I usually trade for an hour, and then take a 15 minute break and then trade an hour, then 15 minute break. Then lunch break.... and then back at it for the...

    How do you not get caught by downdrafts?

    Yeah, makes sense. I was actually leaning towards a mental trailing stop. Just know where you'd like to get out to protect gains. That is how I do it, but good advice, as that is how I do it, but sometimes get a stock that goes heavily in my favor and will mentally trail the stock, i see...

    How do you not get caught by downdrafts?

    I believe a trailing stop would work wonders in your situation. Giving away gains...... not smart.

    Excel | DDE hook-up in C++?

    I know that Excel is programmed in VBA, but is it possible to program it in C++ instead. C++ was the first language I learned and am pretty good at it, although no expert. I also know that C++ is more reliable than VBA. So anyone to hook up Excel to Genesis via C++ but using Excel? I...

    IB: When are you going to stop trying to play Russian roulette with our money?

    :D Yeah, it's a shame how so many people will flat out stick up for them though, even though they are being screwed, the people are so defensive of what they "have" and refuse to admit there are problems. Owell.... I am happy with Genesis, IB is only good if you trade International...

    I bought a dell 17", first time making the switch from LCD, loving it. Such a huge difference. I like the quality of the Dell, can't comment on the other. I thought I read Samsung and Dell's are basically the same though. Someone else will have to confirm.

    People that can move markets

    Fact is... anyone with enough $$$ can move the markets. If a service is very popular and a lot of people use it, like "Mad Money", then a ton of market participants can come in and move that market. Penny stocks are a great example. Another forum *which I won't list, don't think I can...
