Seven years ago I noticed this drift up in the index futures during the wee hours of the morning. Well folks it still works the same way.

You know the drill, buy now for the Sunday night drift up. It's pretty much guaranteed people.

As usual the index futures will rise overnight.

The reason for the rise is so the media outlets can tell the waking American citizens.....LLOK LIKE A HIGHER OPEN ON WALL STREET. the send the masses out the door feeling good. They also prep it up before lunch time for the same effect.

As usual ES is up in pre market.....US index futures rise overnight 79% of the time. Buy the cash close, sell the cash open make easy money....then go play golf, let the tick mongers fight for scraps. Follow the index futures for 10 years like I have and you will see the pattern. Ciao!

Know one should be suprised that we start the new week with a gap up. Has been happening for some time now. Yes the index futures rise overnight every night @ 2.30am cst.

Oh look ES is floating higher......like magic!
