I would recommened Open ECry as an option in your broker search. The platform is fine in my opinion (a recent upgrade helped) and with charts and more data than you will probably ever use, it's a good combination. And you can plug the OEC data into other charting platforms as well if need be.

It's too bad that there isn't a provider that provides clean volume charts. If one exists, I have not found it yet. Either they create 'TradeStation' volume charts (your setting or higher) or they are not constant and consistent, as is the case with MultiCharts here.
