you said most of fat drips off.. that's not true. most of the fat remains on those skinny meat-less bones regardless of how you cook it.

there is NO proof a macrobiotic diet can cure cancer.
you can't go wrong on a diet of whole grains, vegetables and beans.
but don't believe for one sec that it will cure cancer.
cancer is very serious condition that requires prompt professional medical care
the healthy effects of the Mediterranean diet have to do with lots of veggies, little fish and very little meat. olive oil has little to add to the nutritional benefits of a largely plant diet. :)
