    larger than normal divergence with eur tonight. interesting. the correlation over time remains pretty solid between the two especially at the 1 and 5 minute levels. It deviates at points in history, but overall is stabilizes and walks together. Tonight's divergence is enough to take note.

    You will likely be proven right, but that is some heat in the meantime. I almost pinned that short as well for a swing. I have been burned enough in the last couple months on swings over night that I pulled those setups from my plate. euro insanity, global insanity, phoney / retracted...

    Free money at trading desks. Massive amounts of free money. It has to go somewhere. fundamentals are corrected for and smoothed over long periods, crowds control short periods.

    LOL. Take the posts in perspective. I was giving several items that a trader may have as part of what he uses to execute his edge. In the face of the items I list, it would negate his edge and therefore his risk conceptions to go long at that point. Why would he long? A spike? A Tip...
