    it used to much less, but now there is a very strong chance they printed themselves out of a hole. I would not be surprised come in May they will do audit and confirm they have the funds. All my past doubts and reasoning do not have any merit, once I finally understood their model...

    hm, last 2 dem presidents, 1 left with budget surplus and the other one after 1/2 big deficits left by predecessor. Last 2 GOP presidents both left disasters after them (not Trump fault, of course, Corona shit, but his tax cuts doubled the deficit).

    Correct, Tether represents around 3/4 of daily crypto volume and therefore determines BTC price. Official story they are pegged 1:1 to USD. They claim for every tether they issue, they have 1 dollar in the bank. Last day alone around 300 million was issued.

    You absolutely are right. But what if this can go on for a very long time, like 100 years. Does it really matter for us??? Yes, our grand kids might suffer consequences, then again they might be living on Moon or Mars by then, and outlaw Fed there:D

    Definitely a bit younger than 80:D I keep learning all my life. I am a developer and algo trader. I just can not comprehend the concept of NFT, just makes 0 sense to me, like I said, perhaps old skeptic in me refuses to acknowledge the future.

    Can someone explain to me what 10 year yield has to do with tech? I trade futures and invest long term, so do not follow tech day to day fluctuations.

    One of the longest running threads here. Markets have long term tendency to go up. That’s pretty much all there is to it. Well, Fed’s assistance helps as well a bit of course :D

    IB removed it a long time ago. Not sure if they offer it outside US. CME currency futures are great and real markets to trade currencies.
