Is that possible? I say that because, AFAIK, since you are trading their money you must be monitored by their risk manager, and they need exact accounting of all PnL and shares/markets/securities. I don't think the IB TWS system can be configured for a "group login". But I guess there is...

Damn. That sux bigtime. The market will always be here. Take it easy for a bit. Develop a simple and tested edge method. Try it very small for a few months to gain confidence. Slowly bring it on line and keep the risk low. Then, you're there! Regards. :cool:

Yeah, I thought about that later. 1099 from broker reports sales. It's up to the trader to report what the basis is (non-MTM trader status), even though you "sold" it before you "bought" it. Tax software used to hate that. They never heard of short selling...

I thought I was the only one!!??? Seems like "The Market" is logged into my account sometimes. Seconds after I buy/sell "The Market" drops/rises like f*cking CRAZY! Well I guess it's not quite that bad, but I know where you are coming from! :)

Note to Rev Shark: A lot of short sellers probably got hurt today and/or their stops hit. But it's okay because it was a Low Volume up move! :p Heck, quit tryin' to figure it out. Just trade 'em! Good luck to all. :cool:

Your prospective changes when you hit 50. For example, I'd consider Liz Claiman "hot" and she's wayyyy past 30. But then, hell, I'd bump Rosie O'Donnel, her lezzie partner too, Billie Jean King, Rosanne Barr, Oprah, Sylvia Wadha...well...maybe not Sylvia... You name her, I'll bump her...
